| How it all came to be |
When I first saw the promotion for the TV show "Gossip Girl" one actress immediately captured my eyes: it was Leighton Meester.
She stunned me from the first moment on, because she was incredibly gorgeous. I recognized her and looked her up, that's when I found out that she was in the TV show 'Surface'.
Back then there still was an amazing website (LeightonMeester.com), therefore I decided against opening a website but when lm.com closed I registered leighton-meester.org in July 2007.
I have bought her movies and TV shows and started working on the site. But I had time issues and that's why it took me until December 7th 2007 to open Leighton Meester Web.
Why a fansite about Leighton?:
Leighton is a terrific actress, who has captured me from the first moment on. Not only is she stunningly beautiful but also versatile and amazing in her acting.
Some time passed before I watched my first interview with her but ever since then I've loved her even more. She is probably on of the nicest and sweetest celebrities ever in interview and I think she is that in her personal life as well.
